As an integral part of a small development team, responsible for delivering two Lifestyle Hotels (The NoMad Hotel, London & The NED) to the market, I have been able to expand my skillset, knowledge and seen my responsibilities flourish.• Offering 1:1 administrative support to Senior Vice President Development, Europe and general admin assistance to the extended project team, including Director of Development, Vice President of Procurement and Project Managers.• Responsible for onboarding pre-opening hotel operational staff.• Point of contact for obtaining liability insurance certificates.• Point of contact for neighbourly matters relating to the Public Realm agreement.• Recruitment support.• Event organisation.Accounting• Implemented a comprehensible payment process across Sydell London.• Review, code for processing and data entry of purchase orders and invoices in line with project ACR budgeting. • Monitoring the status of purchase orders and change orders until rejected or approved and ensuring billing adheres to agreed forecast.• Monthly draw and interim payment requests to owner.• Monthly generation and analysis of financial reports, cashflow forecasts and expenditure-to-date spreadsheets for the SVP.OS&E procurement• Responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiation, accurate budgeting, purchasing and delivery of products that are market comparable and meet brand requirements.• Ensure goods are produced and delivered on time and meet quality and Health & Safety standards.• Assisting the procurement team with the management and installation of FF&E and OS&E.
