  At Prospect Ciderworks, I collaborated as part of a staff of 5, which required adaptability, willingness to diverge from daily plans and self-initiative; individually managed the fermentation of 30,000 16-ounce cans at a time, from orchard to shelf; propagated yeast and tested for viability and reproduction rates; self-designed a unique cider and created a detailed lab report, which I then used to produce a batch.
