  For the past seven years, I have been the Chief Innovation Officer for Casa Grande Interactive Communications, Inc. In these years I have successfully served as a liaison between the executive team, different areas of the company and the research, design and development team while working on the main product of the company; a school management platform (LMS).During these years I have had the opportunity to lead not only the web development teams but also the curriculum creating team. Also, I have had the opportunity to actively collaborate in the areas of organizational development, marketing and sales. The focus of working with all these areas has been to, as the product expert, ensure that all efforts go in the same direction and, on a personal level, it has allowed me to develop and test myself in different scenarios with great success.
