All these attributes were critical during her time as a Creative Account Assistant at AKA, especially when dealing with multiple venues and producers which involved reaching out to a huge variety of people. I was particularly impressed by Madelaine’s calm and collective approach to handling even the most complex clients effortlessly, a skill that often takes years to develop.
