Compliance:• Develop and maintain a good knowledge and understanding of our manufacturing compliance requirements, and industry and international standards for packing, extraction and bulk honey• Take the lead with performing operational risk and compliance activities• Take the lead preparing for, carrying out and any follow up steps for RMP, SQF and Organic audits. Including carrying out internal audits. • Complete documentation to ensure we maintain our certifications (RMP, Halal, Kosher, Organic and any others the company initiates)• Maintain compliance with industry regulatory bodies and export regulations, guidelines, and policiesQuality Assurance:• Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that finished honey products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to dispatch• Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for packed honey products• Communicate quality standards and parameters to manufacturing team and other appropriate staff• Conduct in-line quality control and of finished packed products• Identify and analyze issues, defects and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues• Review customer feedback, identify opportunities for improvement• Work with other departments to identify and administer process improvementsLogistics: • Preparing for (documentation and ED’s) and carrying out container load outs.
