Maddy and I worked together on the Control Team in our Management and Organizational Dynamics class, and our responsibilities included teaching the Control section, monitoring the quality of different rating/ranking criteria, and collecting and distributing ratings and rankings to our class. Throughout this semester, I have learned that Maddy is an incredibly intelligent, organized, and responsible person, making her the best teammate that I could ask for especially for this role. On top of that, I appreciate how she always maintains great and timely communication with me to ensure a smooth collaboration. As a co-worker she is very respectful, as whenever she had a new idea she would check in with me to make sure that we were on the same page. However, the one thing that I most admire Maddy for is her dedication to transparency and honesty. Maddy cares deeply about the performance of our organization and is never afraid to speak up. Her honest and candid feedback has many times driven in-class discussions and given us food for thoughts on how to perform more efficiently and effectively as an organization. This is something that I am glad to have learned from Maddy, and I feel very honored to have a chance to work with her this semester!
