I have known Madalyn for approximately 8 years. We were introduced when she was a student in my AP history classes in high school as well as an officer for her senior class. During the time I have known Madalyn (during and after high school) she has always been an impressive individual. She is hardworking, friendly, is able to think critically, and works and communicates well with others. One of the best people you will ever meet.

I am writing this letter to recommend Madalyn Udall for a leadership position within any organization. I hired Madalyn as a Customer Service agent and watched her grow in and accomplish so much more. Madalyn's performance was consistently among the top tier. Her leadership skills, dedication to her customers, integrity and the goals of our company were all valued assets that allowed me to place additional responsibilities upon her shoulders with the confidence the tasks would be accomplished well. During her time working with me, Madalyn was directly responsible for multiple special projects. Her role as a Mentor, System Matter Expert, and Universal trained Agent required her to maintain and achieve excellence in all departments, ensure motivation of others, and meet KPI performance guidelines. She fulfilled this role admirably and was both respected and well-liked by the majority of her team. I belive the primary reason for this success was Madalyn’s ability to effectively handle all situations with confidence and dedication to not only the customers but the company. I strongly believe Ms. Udall has the skills, determination, and ability to learn and adapt to be successful.
