As a transformational leader I generated 70% of the company’s total revenue through 3PL services and product sales. To change the status quo, I introduced new ideas to increase sales team performance and expand our distribution base. I also developed and managed numerous programs ranging from pick-pack-ship to partnerships with rep groups. And by creating efficiencies across packaging, shipping, and distribution my team and I increased margin by $500k despite a 30% reduction in sales volume. Check out these accomplishments divided into 3 key areas: Sales Leadership • Increased sales 40% by helping develop omnichannel strategy. • Enabled sales reps to generate $500K over goal by standing up support team. • Oversaw 4% average increase in margin in industry decline by developing 10+ new processes and checklists. • Onboarded 7 new customers by identifying pain points, proposing solutions, and building relationships. Data-Driven Solutions Leadership • Expanded distribution to 2 locations by performing market analysis, presenting proposals, promotional plans, P&L, and exit strategies to manufacturers. • Grew sales and volume shipped 40% over 2 months. • Circumvented 5% increase to shipping allowance levy from Best Buy by gathering data and presenting cost effectiveness of existing distribution network. Operations Leadership • Reduced set-up time 1 hour per product in 60 days by creating an asset bank for 200+ brands. o Allowed fast analysis and new exception reporting capability to identify issues per brand. o Enabled rapid audits and reduced approval process cycle time. • Stood products up 50% faster by developing vendor onboard and retail launch processes. • Empowered support team members to set and attain goals by creating incentives. By delivering on promises and going light years beyond expectations, I earned “Supplier Award of Excellence” on two occasions. I helped the client meet consumer needs on all levels by developing omnichannel strategies for both ship-to store and direct-to-consumer and I worked across departments to create cradle-to-grave retail solutions. Here are a few highwater marks from this experience: ✔ Achieved 99% shipping compliance rate/ 7-day supply chain for OTIF. ✔ Reached 98% compliance for 3-day delivery. ✔ Created and implemented VMI value video game program at Best Buy then replicated and launched at Walmart. Problem: Buyer over-committed to Walmart and was unable to ship large product direct to consumer. Solution: Developed omni replenishment strategy and a domestic replenishment program in 2weeks and executed within 30 days. Housed all domestic inventory and then shipped to consumers on Walmart’s behalf, earning $100M in revenue. Problem: Walmart unable to move Google connected home device inventory or return, per agreement with Google. Solution: Executed reverse logistics to buy inventory back, create promotion targeting alternate buyers, executed return, consolidated product, found the right market and sold it at an attractive price, completing the operation in 4 months and earning $2M. Problem: Execute multi-vendor display for Microsoft software and Power A accessories in Walmart under tight deadline. Solution: Led design, creation, and execution over 4 months including promotion, timing, corrugate structure, fulfillment, logistics, and exit strategy. $1.5M gross revenue. Problem: How to introduce Tile Tracker brand into Sam’s Club. Solution: Started with vision, put together an exclusive bundle offer, conducted 2-way negotiations and won program approval with Sam’s. Developed pre-work, post-work, and led execution for $800K in 6 months. Show less

I worked hard and gained trust by providing consistent planning and execution excellence and used my entrepreneurial mindset to drive the account from $45 to $200M. Along the way, I developed logistics to ship to 4K stores and directly to their consumers. Highlights include: ✔ Structured $38M deal and became 1 of top 5 trusted distribution partners to execute Black Friday support for Walmart, in video game category, 5 years running. ✔ Put Sam’s Club and Walmart in the value-video game business and grossed $55M in year one. Problem: Walmart accumulated excess and aging video game inventory with no exit strategy. Solution: Developed program to buy back excess inventory at cost, consolidate products into pallet-display and ship back to stores to sell as “value video games.” Negotiated exclusive agreement. Value: $30M annual revenue. Problem: Ensure new video games are delivered ready for sale on official release date and prevent pre-orders from arriving ahead of product launch date. Solution: Created new-release processes to ensure new games arrived just prior to launch date. Worked w/ UPS and FedX to create “zip zones” and ensure precise delivery time to consumers and avoid street-date violations. Utilized UPC blocks PoP to prevent purchase prior to release date. Problem: How to counter high-theft potential of video games for Sam’s Club and simplify overall program. Solution: Created pull card display. Worked with multiple vendors to adopt system; managed replenishment cycles and earned 10% margin. Reduced inventory on hand by 70%, drove theft to >5%. System has been widely replicated and still used today. Show less
