Our entire mission is to bring transparency in empowering business owners and financial officers in their employer healthcare and benefits programs as well as protecting clients by building the right risk management program for their business. Employer healthcare: 90% of business owners & chief financial officers do not understand why they are paying what they are paying, and are truly frustrated by the entire process. As a part business owner for many years, I get the expense of the health insurance line item for 20 plus employees. Risk management: 90% of business owners & chief financial officers rely solely on that ‘big binder sitting on the shelf’ or the commercial insurance policy to protect everything they have risked and worked for. If these set of folks in the C-Suite ever read a commercial insurance policy cover to cover, they would come to the horrifying conclusion that these policies are truly written in language which protects the interest of that particular commercial insurance carrier. As a young boy, I will never forget the horror and shock of my Dad’s business getting embezzled and there being no insurance to cover the loss. Our whole why in doing what we do is to deliver creditability in the employer healthcare process and provide protection for the business owner and their family (their employees) which removes much of the unknown.
