Chris and I worked together on multiple projects during our MBA program. What I always respected about Chris was his ability to mange our team meetings. We have all experienced face to face and online meetings that drag on forever and never seem to get anything accomplished. When Chris organized a meeting, the team had a agenda forwarded to them well in advance of the meeting, the meeting topics were specific and time bound and everyone participating in the meeting was given the opportunity to provide input. Most importantly meetings never ran over time. A crucial skillset as a leader when managing multiple departments and employees.

I've had the great fortune to work with Chris over the past 2-plus years as we pursued our MBA at Haskayne School of Business. Chris is a natural born leader who doesn't shy away from hard work or the opportunity to better himself. Always striving to make those around him excellent, he is able to be supportive in any way necessary to ensure success. An open-minded and thoughtful approach to whatever he does helps Chris to always be open to new ways of thinking while ensuring his team is consistently focused on the end goal.
