I have known Mackenzie for a little over a year during which time she worked as a account manager on my sales team. I have been consistently impressed with Mackenzie's attitude and productivity during the time that she worked for me at Vertafore. Mackenzie is both very intelligent and incredibly motivated. I am confident that she will devote herself to a position within any organization with a high degree of diligence. She is a quick study and has shown the ability to digest and retain large amounts of information. Mackenzie has also demonstrated the ability to articulate information and ideas in both the verbal and written forms. I have been continually impressed with her ability to diffuse tense customer issues, resolve those matters efficiently, and give a high level of great customer service during the process. I would also like to point out that Mackenzie had 8 months to qualify for our President's Club trip. She was expected to hit the same target as sales reps that had been on the sales team for the full year. Mackenzie finished at above the expected number with a few weeks to spare in the year. Her tenacity was inspirational to her peers and sales leadership. I recommend Mackenzie without reservation. I know any sales leader would be lucky to have her on their team!
