May 2022 - Present
As the Customer Service Manager at Real Equity Management, I believe in open communication and excellent customer service at every customer level, both internal and external. As a member of the management team, I strive to provide a servant style leadership to my department. In my position I excel at de-escalation and conflict resolution. I manage stressful situations and work to find a solution that satisfies the customer while protecting company assets. This position is also instrumental in the annual turn process at many of our residential facilities.

My primary responsibility is to lease apartment spaces to potential residents. I give personal tours and present pricing. This is a sales position, so to be successful I need to determine what a client wants based on location, pricing, and amenities. I have worked at housing fairs as well as in Speakers Circle selling our units. My primary responsibility is to lease apartment spaces to potential residents. I primarily worked as a cashier, and in this position I was the last person the customer interacted with prior to leaving the store. It was important they leave with a smile on their face. This is a position that requires multi-tasking as you would be handling the purchase as well as answering the phone, all while interacting with the customer. This is a position that requires teamwork as we all had to be prepared to step in to other areas of the store when needed.
