As the Customer Service Manager at Real Equity Management, I believe in open communication and excellent customer service at every customer level, both internal and external. As a member of the management team, I strive to provide a servant style leadership to my department. In my position I excel at de-escalation and conflict resolution. I manage stressful situations and work to find a solution that satisfies the customer while protecting company assets. This position is also instrumental in the annual turn process at many of our residential facilities.

I primarily worked as a cashier, and in this position I was the last person the customer interacted with prior to leaving the store. It was important they leave with a smile on their face. This is a position that requires multi-tasking as you would be handling the purchase as well as answering the phone, all while interacting with the customer. This is a position that requires teamwork as we all had to be prepared to step in to other areas of the store when needed.
