  As a counselor I work to keep kids active 5 days a week during their summer vacations. I am required to structure and lead games and craft activities for groups of kids throughout the day. This jobs takes a creative mindset and helps me with my leadership role. For the past 2 years I have also taken on the responsibility of overseeing 8 other counselors, keeping them on task and helping them learn how to lead and create group activities.
