A part of the Research and Development department as a Customer Insight Analyst to provide actionable company improvements based off data collected from customers. Work alongside multiple teams for cross-collaborative projects, ensuring effective communication and seamless turnaround. Instructed fellow Marines in maintenance, testing and flight functionality to ensure proper safety and efficiency of the flightline.• Communicated clearly and effectively with crew members to ensure the safe maneuverability of aircraft. • Led routine maintenance, testing and inspections of systems to ensure peak operability during flights for both UH-1Y and AH-1W helicopters. • Recognized with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for humanitarian efforts in Nepal; delivered supplies to remote villages by helicopter and conducted casualty evacuation following a major earthquake.
