Alex Millie

To anyone hiring mechanical engineers, I highly recommend MacKenzie Hridel. She is a passionate engineer and problem solver with a strong technical background, CAD skills and hands-on capability in the shop. She's also a diligent team member who listens well and is willing to contribute wherever her help is needed. As her manager, I found her receptive to feedback and overall very easy to manage. When her position in my organization was eliminated as part of COVID-19 restructuring, I was very sad to see her go. I know that she will be a good contributor in her next role, and would be happy to speak with a hiring manager to provide further detail on her time at Compology.

This woman is SHARP. A team player with curiosity, and constantly demonstrating diligence, MacKenzie is a key ingredient to our product's quality. And, a particularly rare quality, her commitment to our shared success is delivered with a contagious enthusiasm.
