ABOUTThe film Lab Inc is a full service creative video production agency based in Toronto. Our in-house production model seamlessly delivers high-end video content.RESPONSIBILITIES* Manage post production timeline and crew milestones to keep projects on schedule and within budget.* Upkeep project tracker to ensure key project details are up to date and report updates during the daily stand-up meeting.* Create/approve post production calendars and communicate schedule changes to key stakeholders.* Book & manage freelance post production crew including Producers, Editors, Assistant Editors, Motion Graphics Artists, Colorists, & Audio Mixers.* Manage all studio assets from ingesting to archiving.* Provide clear workflow for each team to keep shows on track.* Uphold studio best practices including file-naming, project organization, and other shared server conventions.* QC review submissions & final deliverables, as well as execute delivery of final assets to stakeholders & platforms.* Ensure systems are up to date and post team is working in the best environment possible.* Manage outside vendors as related to post operation (music, archival, color, licenses, etc)* Develop and refine process to keep the studio function at a modern level in a competitive environment.

Our video team works collaboratively creating videos for WE Charity, ME to WE, WE Day and WE's partners.
