Lead Software Architect

Jun 2019 - Present
As a first engineer in the team, I bootstrapped our students' platform and developed the entire software architecture. Over time, the architecture evolved into several Ruby & JS applications, data and visualization tools as well as no-code operations that is used by hundreds of users daily. As the head of the Engineering department, I played an essential role in designing our architecture and developing it as connected and scalable applications. I was also responsible for rolling out the growth, and hiring plan and expanding our team. In 3 years we grew from one engineer to a team of 8 developers and scaled our operations from 10 students in a single cohort to 200.
