I met Maciej when I became the leader of the NATO Battlegroup in Poland. He was one of the many interpreters that worked with the American soldiers. Maciej and I worked together for nine months when I was a commander with NATO Battle Group Poland. As we were the very first US unit to be there, there was a massive amount of coordination that had to occur between us and various military and civil organizations in Poland. Maciej was an absolutely critical in ensuring this coordination was successful. He consistently delivered outstanding results for our organization and was integral in facilitating civil-military cooperation and public outreach. He handled everything from contracting, public affairs outreach events, negotiations, civil-military cooperation, publications and advertising, and a variety of everyday translation needs. I would absolutely work with Maciej again, he is a tremendous asset for any organization.
