I had the pleasure of working with Maciej as the Product Marketing Manager of both Europa Universalis IV and Victoria 3 during our almost 1 year of working together. Maciej is tireless, creative, and fearless in the pursuit of both a better experience for our players and ensuring our game reaches the largest possible audience. His attention to detail and documentation ensures that if you ever need a piece of information, you will find it is somewhere in some document that he sent to you two weeks ago. Our biggest achievement together was expanding the game Victoria 3 into China by facilitating the hiring of a Chinese Community Manager as well as a Regional Marketing partner. As a colleague, he is patient and kind, and always considers those around him, especially those that he manages. I look forward to seeing where Maciej will go, but as far as I can tell the only way is up.

I worked directly under Maciej as an assisting Community Manager/Ambassador for two titles during my time with Paradox, Empire of Sin and Victoria 3. As a manager, Maciej is a joy to work with, even in the rare instances when we butted heads. I have never felt uncomfortable with expressing my genuine opinions on anything work related with him, knowing I'd always be met with respect and be taken seriously. In short I would summarize Maciejs management style as calm, flexible and supportive. I've always felt like he had my back, and he never seems to lose his cool. Beside his traits as a manager, I would describe Maciej as a very analytical, diplomatic and strategic player, with a very sharp intellect and a strong drive to continously reflect and improve. Plus, he has a great sense of humor.
