Part-time contract work. Co-managed an innovative city attractions marketing campaign using the QR codes for mobile devices. The city's old industrial architecture, neorennesaince villas and aristocratic palaces were tagged with smart barcodes that, when scanned by a handheld device, unveiled the story of the place on a tourist's mobile. The product was designed for the City of Lodz Office making Lodz the first city in Europe to receive an interactive tourist-oriented guide. The project won many awards for its innovative character.

The developed applications included a module estimating the mixture fraction variables of the chemical species in post-combustion reacting flow, an algorithm to compute the scalar dissipatation rate based on conservation principle, and a generalized subroutine to integrate the total surface area of scalar iso-contour in 3D flow field.
