During my career I’ve rarely came across real professionals like Maciej. I had the opportunity of working with Maciek on versatile and extensive project for almost a year, and I have to say, I’ve never seen anyone before coping so well in such a demanding environment like him - we worked together in a very dynamically developing start-up (dynamics in any company cannot match it, which requires a very strong character, which Maciej certainly has).
