AeroPANO -Development of Spatial Online Presentation System based on Record Resolution Aerial Photo

  In January 2013 I have invented the device to register Huge Resolution Aerial Panoramic Photos. The design and construction of the robotic device took about a year. Then the need arised for an online system to show my Gigantic - Guinness record level 140 000 pixels wide AERIAL photos in Internet. After toying for almost 15 years mainly with flying, organizing paragliding expeditions, making aerial photos and videos and constructing robotic devices the year 2014 was a time of return to the passion of programming. The next 3 years were about the design and development of cross-platform and cross-browser online and offline spatial GUI system mainly used as an innovative presentation of buildings/objects and areas in the context of wide vicinity - created on the basis of my huge high-altitude-aerial panoramic photography. Teamwork - coordination of two additional programmers/testers, graphic designer, content editor, translator. I was also responsible for marketing & selling activities - I prepared and conducted presentations of the system to clients (Marketing Departments of Municipalities and large enterprises) and also conducted introductory voice presentations via telephone to potential clients worldwide. I made direct presentations of the system to Marketing Directors of many Countries, Regions and Municipalities at ITB - International Tourist Board Fair in Berlin in years 2014-2016. I also introduced a modern online CRM solution - Bitrix24 - to keep track of AeroPANO customer relationships.   Regarding IT: Because I had a serious need to know the weather forecast instantly, at the time of early GSM GPRS connectivity I produced my own Weather-Forecast-To-Mobile-Phones system - using Java, Javascript, PHP and HTML - to collect weather forecast graphical information (weather charts) for the whole Europe from Internet at specific intervals, divide big graphical data into small parts, store that data at my server, and on demand pass the specified part of it via GPRS to mobile phone (with very small graphical display at that times). Regarding Paragliding: After three years of my own very intense adventure with paragliding - I took part in several editions of Polish Paragliding Championships with quite good results. Later I started taking passengers into the air and then started to teach people flying. Finally I also started to organize paragliding expeditions to Southern Europe during Autumn, Winter and early Spring - to the places with the best weather conditions in particular season of the year. This is all about the responsibility, team supervision, teamwork and passing my knowledge to others. This activity also involved much selling and trading - paragliding instructor is the equipment seller. I worked/played with hundreds of various people - often with little groups. Each year I organized several paragliding expeditions for 5-12 participants to various places all around Europe (mainly the southern part - Turkey, Greece, Italy, France, Spain including Canary Islands). I was responsible for each step of organizational and execution process.   As a Freelance Translator I translated mainly software - User Interface, Documentation and Help, but also User Manuals of various office devices (printers, scanners, mobile phones, etc.). Sometimes I translated legal texts as well. For several years I have been a member of all Microsoft Office products translation team. In 1996 I worked as a Microsoft Office Software Tester - including two months at the main Microsoft Headquarters in Dublin. Then I returned to translations making Polish version of software products of many most significant corporations like Microsoft, IBM, Novell, Norton, Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, Alcatel, Blueberry and many more. Because of my very little number_of_mistakes to translated_words_count ratio - I usually I made just several minor mistakes in the package of 30 000 words - I was often hired to do very urgent translations. After several years of this activity the verification stage on my translations was just omitted and my translations were passed straight to the client as already verified.
