Key Responsibilities • Management and analysis of complex electricity billing data, using and improving upon existing internal systems to ensure exceptions are actioned swiftly and invoices are issued accurately. • Management of gas metering/billing data, Identifying discrepancies in consumption and managing the process to ensure Invoices are issued accurately. • Alignment of customer consumption data with network operator consumption charges and reporting accurately on a weekly/monthly Basis. • Develop Business insights from metering/consumption data and create reporting for senior management to aid in future business decisions. • Full responsibility for the content, compliance and issuing of Gas & Electricity customer annual statements • Liaising with Development & Regulation Teams, you will take the lead on any process improvement projects relating to Billing. • Manage, monitor & mentor a team of billing analysts, promoting development & maximising staff retention. • Lead on the set up of the billing function for any new markets the company may enter into in the future.
