  In this role I worked directly under the manager of all Women's Programs. During most of the year we helped different RCBOs (Refugee Community Based Organizations) meet the requirements of a capacity-building grant. These organizations ranged in size from 10 to 75 members, and each put on monthly educational workshops for their members, with our support.
