After fulfilling my role as the HR Director for WGO, the president saw an opportunity to use my skillset in a better way. WGO produces some of the most delicious coffee and the proceeds goes directly to help support the work that is being done at Rancho Ebenezer. Get your subscription started today at www.wgocoffeeclub.org. I will be promoting and growing our subscription base along with building an Ambassador Program to help provide people who love our ministry with the resources needed to promote the efforts of WGO as we empower people to share the gospel in Belize and Honduras.

My family has been called to serve the people of Tegucigalpa. We made a 4 year committment to be a part of an organization that houses children who are in need and share the love of Christ with them. We will also reach hundreds each week with our medical mission teams that come through. Being able to help facilitate such an awesome program excites me.

After serving for 4 years on the Executive Council, we saw tremendous growth as we amended policy, brought accountability to members serving. Most importantly, I was a lead driver with restructuring the cost processes to take the ministry from being liquid for only a few months to now having two new employees and having reserves in the account to sufficiently cover ministry expenses for the foreseeable future. *****I was anonymously voted to be on the Executive Council for the HFMM. We are a select group of members that will help advise and grow the mission of the Honduran Fellowship of Missionaries in Ministry. We focus on helping missionaries receive residency in the country of Honduras. We also focus on missionary care, fellowship, and encourage those serving and leading the Honduran people to Christ. I will serve a 2-year commitment to my fellow missionaries on this council and hope to provide insight and encouragement to help implement healthier missionaries.

Helping people gives me an energy that is exciting. I stood out in my community as a person who did the right thing and helped where it counted. When you treat people well and listen to what they need, you will find that you establish trust and confidence. I was able to grow one agent's office to help him qualify for leading awards, I increased the retirement profit for another agent and qualified him for travel for the first time in 10 years, and helped to launch a new agent who took over the retiree into becoming a successful agent who traveled consecutive years while I was there.
