  I lead two teams in Denver and Colorado Springs of fantastic consultants in HR, employee risk and payroll, while providing financial guidance and forecasting to the Denver and Colorado Springs Branches. I helped create the Branch strategic plan and it’s execution. I manage client needs and ensure the teams deliver on our promises and commitments. Experience has taught me to focus on the financials, process and people. ➢ I have supported clients with the following: restructure sales department, restructuring chart of accounts, P&L analysis and forecasts, annual budget, redesign organizational charts, macro process documentation and improvements, streamline processes with continuous improvement, sales commission restructuring, and change management. ➢ Improved sales for a client by 150% by analyzing product profitability, identifying the correct target market and sales channel and redesigning the sales compensation plan. ➢ Implemented KPI and dashboard to my team to follow and prioritize their client work.
