      CReW's 2nd Project Steering Committee Meeting was held in St. Lucia. Two days were spent in a traditional '13 countries and five institutes, 35 participants, conference table' setting. The next two days were used to design a Replication Strategy in a facilitated way (in dual language English and Spanish, with simultaneous translation). Not only a marvelous atmosphere, but energetic collaboration as well, resulted in outcomes with valuable input by all participants and a wide spread commitment. The results are going to be processed by the project team into a viable replication for the project-sequel in the coming five years. Show less
