Naast de feitelijke splitsing en harde randvoorwaardelijke zaken (aanpassing ICT en werkprocessen, opschonen bestanden, herverdeling caseloads, etc.), is in aanvang veel tijd, energie en overtuiging besteed aan het verkrijgen van draagvlak en acceptatie bij de consulenten. Ook rondom de implementatie was er een reeks activiteiten … met P&O nieuwe functiebeschrijvingen opstellen, ... het Sociaal Domein-brede OR-traject, ... vervolgens de plaatsingsprocedure op dit onderdeel ondersteunen en ... het duurzaam onderhouden van relaties met alle stakeholders (consulenten, teammanagers, beleid, directie, Cliëntenraad PW, ketenpartners, regio- en Heuvelland gemeenten etc.) Show less

A project taskforce has been designing the procedures that had to be executed by the department; swiftly, with high accuracy and in accordance with all legal rules and regulations. A humongous task, in which we succeeded. Proud of my team. CReW's 2nd Project Steering Committee Meeting was held in St. Lucia. Two days were spent in a traditional '13 countries and five institutes, 35 participants, conference table' setting. The next two days were used to design a Replication Strategy in a facilitated way (in dual language English and Spanish, with simultaneous translation). Not only a marvelous atmosphere, but energetic collaboration as well, resulted in outcomes with valuable input by all participants and a wide spread commitment. The results are going to be processed by the project team into a viable replication for the project-sequel in the coming five years. Show less

I've been working with about 50 project managers, communication specialists and other project staff in a Community of Practice - on implementing a participatory approach in policy development and civil participation.
