I’ve been working with the expertise of Maaike Maes for quite some time now. In this interesting period I was surprised about the persistence she showed in learning about retail and specific demands which different brands have. Even differences between regions & cities are no longer a secret for her. Quite remarkable for someone who never worked in the Retail fashion business. This leads to more signed contracts and less interviews with candidates who are not up to the job. Another strong point of her work is the follow-up on candidates, interviews and vacancies. She will get back at you and get your attention no matter what. It is nice to work with someone that professional and passionate.
