  Assists and prepare patients for surgery,check time schedule,type of operation,anesthesia,and surgeon who will perform the operation and instruments to be used.Assists the surgeon during the operation.Scrub to all surgical cases assigned to me,scrub hands according to required time scrub procedures,watch the operative field,table neat,orderly and wiped instruments free from blood stained.Count the sponges,instruments with circulating nurse and report to surgeon 3x as soon as ready to close,endorse the specimen taken from the patient to circulating nurse.Take the responsibility of the after care of the instruments and equipment used in the surgery and leave the operating room ready for use.
