  1. Help devise profile standardization that will serve as guideline for profile creation and audit, and to keep it updated in relation to the overall work process;2. Conduct audit and evaluation of profile of titles as created by the Profilers Team under their pipeline based on profile standardization;3. Issues necessary sanctions, reminders and recommendation in order to help Profiles improved their profiling skills;4. Conduct training on profile creation including refresher’s course and update profiling features;5. Review and monitor profiles and initiate refinement on titles that need improvement, including consolidation of feedback and other recommendations to ensure that profiles maintain at the optimum level;6. Review and validate recommendations sent by Support Team for profile refinement and make final recommendations to Profiling Team;7. Develop database where to keep records of profile creation, refinement and other related information for reference purposes;8. Serve as point person on all-profile related inquiries such as requests for profile refinement and quality monitoring;9.
