My duties and responsibilities are encoding all sales invoice, sales order, merchandise return slip and trade asset management transactions to the system daily. I also perform ex-truck batch payment and perform ex-truck inventory count and reconciliation weekly. Moreover, I facilitate filing of booking debit note, booking credit note and the copy of all invoices monthly.

The trainees Encoded and layout the Tarpaulins, Directories, Opening and Closing Program, Guest Book, Certificates, Placards, Flyers, Facebook Post (Visuals) and Identification cards in a form of Button Pins. • Encoded Purchases Orders, Purchase Request, Vouchers, Business Name Registration and Renewal, Formal Business Letters, Tax Certificates, and Integrated MSME Management Information System (IMMIS).
