She immediately took initiative and, in all honesty, recruited herself, which is just another proof she's brilliant at selling. She actively took part in recruiting and training a diverse sales team, she motivated them to work hard regardless of the obstacles they faced, and she never lost the will to test new concepts, look for new ways to reach potential customers and close deals. She proved that she knows the theory behind constructing efficient sales funnels but also, that when theory fails, she can get on the sales floor and close deals in practice, just like any other rep on the team.
