Card program project management - BIN and ranges allocation according to program type - Product creation into processor system - Definition of the technical features, and electrical profile of the card - If applicable, registration of prepaid program request within Mastercard tool “Mastercard Connect.” - Management of the NPI in the supply chain with card printer - Specimen request and validation of the compliance of graphical element according to customer requirements - Card test realization: testing of each functionally of the cards according to a pv of recipe - Run issue monitoring: daily gestion of incidents, and quality feedbacks analysis of the card printer and data processor. Internal guidance and transversal business transformation within different department - Newcomer onboarding on the feature, training and support accompaniment during this onboarding period - Check of the deliverable at each step of the card program and validation (Artworks, quotes, MoM with customers, input file transmission, ...) - Creation of documentation dedicated to account manager to easy manage project steps, pricing calculation, tools usage, ... - Cooperation with others team and coordination to technically and administratively build each project as fast as possible and cut time-to-market. - Redaction and sending of global communication to update on the card program situation, in coordination with communication department. Business efficiency enhancement and knowledge management: - Definition of process for card program launch, and business as usual management - Documentation of this process and recurrent trainings and communication about them - Creation and update of a welcome pack dedicated to customers Management of the relationship with the card program partners - Set up of steering committee. - Proposal and management of new way of work with suppliers to enhance efficiency. - Framing of the relationship to be more corporate Show less
