Scott has a very good reputation as a leader and manager and I strongly recommend him for anyone seeking a leader or advisor for his or her team. While working with Scott at the U.S. Army Command Staff College, I interacted with him regularly. He was always one of the first names that came up when new projects calling for leadership and the ability to analyze and manage a wide variety of competing interests was required. I served as the assistant director of operations at the College when he was there. It was always reassuring when I saw a project with his name on it because I knew it would be high quality work and something I did not have to worry about being done efficiently and cooperatively with the rest of the College team.
