  Duties/ Responsibilities: -As an interface between Dealer and customers in respective branch -Give solution for customer's complain and requirement both service or parts, by routine communication to all stake holder -Control parts avaibility for critical and consumable parts, inventory control, documentation control after parts issued, and evaluate -Collaborate with service departement head about customer machine condition by inspection from Service Team -Implements the Customer Support Team ( Parts & Service ) sales & marketing strategy concepts at the dealership -To scans the market in search for new ideas to increase profit -Close interaction with Customer Support Team Operation ( Sales & Marketing, Logistic and Service) at dealership -Marketing Intellegence and Market Scanner -Roll out Parts and Service Concepts and Promotions about Volvo Heavy Equipment Product -Control customer's Account Receivable (AR) and collaborate with finance department to contact customer co confirm their payment -Update machine population from customer (Mining, Agriculture, Construction, Retail, etc) -Create demand & advise for reccomended parts list that pointed to the best cost per hours achievement Show less
