Having previously used your competitors for temporary staff both at New Festival Quarter and elsewhere it is clearly apparent that you are far more responsive. As you are aware I have had several incidents this year with staff members calling in sick at short notice. With your competitors it would have been a problem and taken a long time to find a suitable replacement who is SIA registered and has knowledge of our systems. With ProSentry I have received a replacement member of staff within two hours of making a call, this is not the exception but the norm. This is a great asset to me and assists me in providing a consistent service to my residents. You have personally assisted me by helping deal with issues on-site via your staff member, this is unique in my experience and is a service your long-established competitors would not provide.
