Joann joined us at a difficult time—it was the beginning of the Covid pandemic, when developing business was difficult because of shutdowns and remote working. Joann was able to overcome this hurdle and preposition us for some major projects, particularly in the Higher Ed market, and in fact has even helped us recruit a new Principal. She is an incredibly hard-working, ethical professional, and I can’t say enough about her network; it is immense and top-tier.
