   Before carrying out any work, analyze the respected IFC drawing and then plan and carry out the work accordingly.  Carry out the site grading of my zone i.e. Zone 2, and excavation work as per the marking given by the surveyor.  Carry out the layout of villas as per the surveyor’s marking.  Prepare the excavated area for water proofing sub-contractor.  Laying of steel reinforcing mesh for foundation as per the IFC drawings.  Monitor the concreting of sub structure and super structure.  Carry out and check out the block work, plaster work, tile fixing and assist the labors in any technical issues.  Check out the water proofing of wet areas within the villas done by the sub-contractor.  Responsible for arranging all required material in store as per our site work.  Responsible for the all Site execution work as per drawing under the fixed deadline by client.  Responsible for subcontractors work, whether they are working as per their agreement or not.  Responsible for Meetings with Client and Main Contractor to show & explain them weekly or monthly progress as per their targets.  Responsible for sorting out any issue in drawing as per the site by consulting with Main Contractor or sometimes with Consultant.  Managing the labors and assign them work in such a way that they complete their work with efficiently and before the deadlines.
