I've had the pleasure and privilege of working with Mike for 4+ years across multiple roles we each had at SiriusDecisions. We started as teammates when I was a Strategic Account Manager and he was my Client Success Manager. He soon became my trusted partner and someone I knew I could always rely on. When I was on the road or on vacation I always knew our clients were in excellent hands. Next I led the Strategic Account team and Mike was aligned to a couple of very tenured account managers on my team. He helped manage large, global marquee clients and was a tremendous resource to me, my AMs and our clients. Next I moved over to lead the Global Client Success function. Mike was a critical and valued member of my leadership team. I promoted him to Senior Team Leader to recognize him for all his hard work and efforts. He effectively manages large global elite accounts while balancing being a "player coach". He was involved in all aspects of managing the team in San Francisco, hiring, coaching, mentoring, training, managing daily performance aligned to KPIs, performance reviews etc. I witnessed new hires quickly come up to speed and an associate who was struggling blossom and become a top performer thanks to his coaching. Mike has strong knowledge of his clients and their business, deep expertise in SiriusDecisions offerings, excellent relationships with internal colleagues, and is viewed as a 'go to person". He always puts the clients first and will no doubt continue to grow and flourish in his professional career.
