So I founded MahakaTour, a Tour Agency Specialized in Yogyakarta, Bromo Malang and Karimun Jawa for Group Tour. The primary marketing strategy is using adwords and generate enough conversion. We serve many companies, family and jamaah pengajian on vacation. But it was red ocean. MahakaTour has no competitive advantage and fall into price war.
