Associated Expert in the Tracing Inherent Powers Project
-
Apr 2021 - Oct 2021
- Associated Expert in the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Tracing Inherent Powers project was launched in 2021, with Associated Experts representing around 140 jurisdictions to canvass data on judicial practice in a vast range of jurisdictions. Associated Experts systematically survey the exercise and rationalization of uncodified powers by domestic courts. My findings along with the findings of Experts in other jurisdictions will be synthesised in an international policymaker handbook and peer-reviewed socio-legal publications, and the surveys will be made publicly available to academics and practitioners in an indexed, searchable database.
