EMBA Hunutlu Power Plant 2x660MW I am working as an I&C Engineer at the imported coal-fired 2x660MW Thermal Power Plant, which is a joint venture of EMBA Elektrik Üretim A.Ş and Shanghai Electric Power Co., Ltd(SEP). * I work on PLC ( Siemens and Schneider ) maintenance and backup work. When necessary, I work on fault control and solutions in the system from the PLC program. (S7/1200&1500, Modicon) * DCS (Emerson Ovation) DCS system. In this system, I work on creating block diagrams, simulating conditions, forcing and creating new conditions. *Ensuring the integration and control of the facility main control system (DCS) with auxiliary units (BOP) automation (PLC/DCS) systems. *Investigation and control of prepared DCS/PLC HMI graphics, I/O lists, control panel diagrams, instrument and control valve technical documents, cable lists and P&ID's conformity to technical specification and process. * I am working on maintenance, repair and calibration of motorized and pneumatic valves (Rotork, Drehmo, Fisher... etc.). * I am working on the maintenance and calibration of temperature, level, pressure and vibration sensors in the boiler and turbine sections. Kırıkkale Millet Bahçesi T.C Çevre VE Şehircilik Bakanlığı Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı kapsamında olan Kırıkkale Millet Bahçesi Şantiyesinde Elektrik Şantiye Şefi olarak görev yaptım.
