  For what was originally a part time job to fill in gaps between my design contracts, my time at WC single-handedly shaped the road I have been on in the last 6+ years. Originally, I was hired as a "stage hand" just helping out my fellow coworkers setting up stages and lights for events. After 2 months , my Operations Director noticed my superior communication skills with our clients and took me under his wing, putting me on the path of being a project manager. After a few weeks I was given the title of "Site Project Manager". In those years, I managed an amazing team of 20+ individuals and dozens of clients.
