When Michael joined the team I was a buyer for the group. He was in outbound sales. It was obvious from the beginning that he was much more than just a salesperson. He was very intelligent and eager to learn. Many people like to stay in small defined roles or boxes. Not Michael. He was a big box player. He strove to succeed and branched our from defined equipment sales to selling cloud solutions. He truly got it When he began he called me Yoda, as I was the elder statesman of the group. He asked if I would train him. I told him that I only taught ethics and integrity and few understood the implications of this approach. He looked me firmly in the eyes and informed me that his life was driven by ethical living and integrity. I found this to be true. We worked together very well until I left and I remain close and impressed with him to this day. He is a gifted human. He will benefit any who gives him the chance.
