  Wash dishes by hand, or by utilizing the dishwasher using all proper dishwasher techniques and procedures. Work with the Head Cook/Kitchen Manager and Assistant Cook to order, receive, and store food and supplies. Assint in preparing wll balanced meals, utilizing the menu prepared by the Head Cook/Kitchen Manager. Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and sanitary, meeting and/ or exceeding all federal, state, or local health department regulations. Support other Kitchen Assistants with their assigned tasks as needed. Assist with setting up kitchen at the start of the summer, and closing down at the end ot the summer. Attend and actively prticipate in the staff meetings. Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head Cook/Kitchen Manager.
