I have had the pleasure to work alongside Lena for 3 years. She is rigorous, very smart and fully dedicated to her work. I would happy to have the chance to work with her again!

I have worked with Léna at Savoie Arbitration for years, but I was also lucky enough to be on the Team of the Charles Rousseau Moot Court she was coaching, and I also attended a lecture she gave at the University of Angers. Hence, I can attest of what Léna can bring to a workplace, as a coworker and as a manager/teacher. As a teacher and coach, Léna knew how to guide us to give the best of ourselves. She knew when she had to let us learn from our mistakes, and also when it was time to tell us when we were wrong, and how we could improve. Pedagogue, and with great knowledge on International Law and its practice, she was always free to help us and answer our questions (to the extent that « Ask Léna » became a regular sentence in our group, every time we encountered a difficulty). I certainly learnt a lot from this experience, and Léna is for sure one of the reasons I am proud of my growth during that time. As a coworker, I got to know Léna on a whole new level. Her organization and appetite for International Law never stops to amaze me. She will go to the bottom of every legal issue we are facing and knows how to summarize information in the most efficient way when sharing it with the Team. Her drafting skills equally match her research skills, and she was a key element of every filing we ever made. I also had the chance to see Léna pleading in front of an ICSID Tribunal for the first time, and she showed great potential. Her personality is also a great fit with the team. Very team-spirit and joyful, it has been a pleasure to share an office with her. Léna did all the above while doing a PhD, writing articles and attending conferences and classes. She never stops to impress me. Any company would be lucky to have her in its Team, and I am looking forward to see her career continue to shine and thrive.
