- Used Circana/IRI data available to Stop & Shop to determine potential opportunities for growth and sales drivers in E-commerce for various departments (Meat & seafood, Deli, and Bakery). This required an extensive understanding of the grocery industry both in relation to brick and mortar sales trends and e-commerce, as well as market analysis skills to determine various opportunities through analysing multiple quantitative data reports. -Assisted pricing analysts in tasks regarding data collection and analysis to drive profitable sales. Identified variances in product pricing and hierarchy. Internship held under the Internship Module AG22037 of University of Dundee - Shadowed and assisted property managers in their everyday tasks which included flat viewings, liaising with maintenance, communicating with landlords and tenants. - Shadowed house appraisals, sales & marketing team. -Offered administrative support by managing tenant contacts regarding HMO fire alarm testing, contract renewals, payment reminders through IRE software. -Trained in property management by learning about repairing standard, deposit protection schemes, benefits, HMO properties. - Coordinated front-desk activities by managing complaints from tenants, redirecting calls and distributing correspondence.
