I worked with Laerke while she was in Nairobi with the IFRC and especially related to the portfolio on Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) (which I coordinated for the Africa region at the time). Laerke was always ready for a challenge and was a fast learner on CVA. She among other led a design workshop with Somalia Red Crescent, where she heavily influenced the inclusion of quality CVA preparedness and response activities. She's got a critical eye and quickly spots areas for improvement and attention, which was impressive!

I have studied alongside Lærke for 3,5 years at Copenhagen University College where we have done most of our assignments and internships in collaboration. Lærke is a very determined and detail minded team member with a strong knowledge with in the field of humanitarian work and emergency and risk management. Besides this we have worked together for the past year teaching at the interprofessional course at Copenhagen University College where we have done peer-to-peer workshops. She also manage to think outside the box and has a very creative mind. I can highly recommend her for any other project or job in the future.
