Manage Raiser's Edge (RE), (Version 7.91) development software database for all Make-A-Wish San Diego’s constituents: Input and update all constituent data, gift entry, detailed reporting, construct complex queries/exports/reports, compose/update/enter notes/media/action items, clean-up/updating of database, manage all donor files and verify data with Development staff. Provide routine and ad hoc database services including development of data entry procedures, queries, reports and conduct training on processes. Assist Finance Department with reconciliation of the donor and accounting databases (RE and Financial Edge) to provide data for annual audits and financial transparency. Produce acknowledgement letters and tax-receipts for all contributions Provide support for Development Office events, including: Walk for Wishes, Roll Out the Barrel gala, Make-A-Wish Tuna Challenge, Make-A-Wish Golf Classic, donor appreciation events. Perform other duties consistent with the above responsibilities and in support of President and CEO, Director of Finance & Administration, Vice President of Development & Marketing and the Development Team Plan and implement software upgrades and establish and document database procedures in accordance to Make-A-Wish Foundation of America’s national guidelines. Directed initiative in 2003 to transfer organization’s fundraising and financial databases from external vendors to create on-site Data Entry Department.
