  I have worked within Owen White's successful litigation team since 2005. I have been a Solicitor at Owen White since 2007 and an Associate Solicitor since January 2014. I am experienced commercial litigator successfully representing clients over a broad range of commercial disputes. I specialise in handling franchise disputes and act for many of the well-known names in the franchising industry. I have particular expertise in insolvency-related litigation and have an excellent record for advising clients on practical solutions and securing them results in corporate and personal insolvency matters. I frequently works alongside insolvency practitioners.
